Here is my first blog. I have been asked by some friends of mine to post a blog about my photographs. So here is my first one...

I have been lucky enough to find my passion in life. I am totally obsessed with photography and I guess I always have been. I try to capture everyday life and places seen through my eyes. I love photographing in all kinds of mediums, so I thought I would share some of my favorite photographs. The photograph used in my title is my first "really good" photograph. It was the first photograph I took and thought...WOW! It was taken at the Fort Worth Japanese Garden with an Infrared filter (Hoya 72). They do not allow tri-pods in the garden, so I had to set the camera on a bench and set up the shot blind. It was taken with a 3 second exposure at F/8 with an ISO of 200.
